2.1. Each garment sold by In Se Ipso is designed with exclusivity in mind, featuring a unique serial number assigned to every piece. This serial number serves as a mark of individuality and authenticity.
2.2. The serial number is an integral part of the product's identity and cannot be altered or replicated by the purchaser.

3. Reserving and Reselling Serial Numbers

3.1. Customers may reserve and purchase specific serial numbers for an additional fee, subject to availability. Reserved serial numbers are final and non-transferable unless resold via In Se Ipso's customer service team.
3.2. Customers wishing to resell their unique serial number can do so by contacting our customer service team, who will facilitate the transfer of ownership to the new buyer. The cost for this service is 10% of the price set by the seller.
3.3. In Se Ipso is not responsible for setting the resale value of serial numbers or guaranteeing future demand.

4. Selling Used Clothing

4.1. Customers are free to sell their own worn or used In Se Ipso garments through third-party channels without restriction. However, serial numbers may only be officially transferred to a new owner via our customer service team.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options specified at checkout.
5.3. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Order Fulfillment

6.1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including issues related to payment or stock availability.
6.2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your purchase and estimated delivery timeframes.

7. Shipping and Delivery
